Obituary of William Steven Lowery

Sadly, William Steven Lowery suffered two strokes July 10, 2022. While recovering, Steve suffered more strokes and passed away November 6, 2022. He was born December 11, 1950. Steve was an Army brat and grew up in many places but came to Yuba City at the age of 17. Steve was an excellent finish carpenter and loved working with wood. He supervised many projects of buildings such as hospitals, etc. for Hilbers Engineering. He had a dry sense of humor, which often made you look twice. Steve was preceded in death by his parents, William and Julia Lowery. He is missed by his very best friend, Teresa Baldwin; his two sisters, Sandra Hill (Paul) and Roma Rusk (Greg); several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A memorial will beheld in the spring.
