Obituary of Clementina Curiel

Clementina Curiel, 89 of Live Oak, CA, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on October 29, 2022. She will be dearly missed and will always be in our hearts. Born in San Pablo, Atenguillo, Jalisco, Mexico, she was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 51 years. She is survived by her sons, Humberto (Fidela) Curiel, Abraham (Rosalinda) Curiel, Salvador Curiel all of Live Oak, Roque (Monica) Curiel of Roseville and Joe (Connie) Curiel of Rocklin; daughters, Hilda Reyna and Lydia (Daryl) Hovey both of Live Oak; sixteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren; and sister, Antonia Angel of Rocklin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mariano and Rosario Topete; husband, Felix Curiel; son, Gustavo Curiel; brothers, Juan, Isidoro, Rafael, Marciano and Fidel Topete; sisters, Anita Curiel and Rafaela Curiel; son-in-law, Miguel Reyna; and daughter-in-law, Sofia Curiel. A rosary and mass will be held at Our Lady Guadalupe Catholic Church in Live Oak. Viewing will be from 4-6 pm and rosary at 6 pm on Monday, November 7, 2022. Mass will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Interment will follow at the Live Oak Cemetery.
