Obituary of Richard W. Alves Jr.

February 16, 1967 -February 16, 2023 Richard W. Alves Jr., 56, passed away on February 16, 2023. Rick was born in Yuba City, California, on February 16, 1967, to Richard W. Alves Sr. and Sharon Alves. He was a lifelong resident of Sutter County and attended Franklin Elementary and graduated from Sutter High School in 1985. Rick worked for Vishay Semi Conductor in the Bay Area before retiring and taking over the family farming operations. He is survived by his mother, Sharon Alves, and his nephew, Bradley J. Alves. Rick was preceded in death by his father, Richard W. Alves Sr.; his brother, Bradley D. Alves; and his wife Sheilah Stassi-Alves. The family would like to invite family and friends to join them for a graveside service at Sutter Cemetery, Friday, March 03, 2023 at 2:00 P.M.
