Obituary of Robert "Bob" Gray Jr.

Robert "Bob" Gray, Jr., of Yuba City, CA, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 6, 2023, at the age of 76, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife, 5 children, and 12 grandchildren. Bob was born October 15, 1946, in Blytheville, AR. He served in the Air Force and served in Vietnam as an aircraft mechanic. He became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1975. He was married in 1976. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a bachelor's degree in Engineering while raising his first 2 children. After graduating he had 3 more children. He raised his family in California. He has 12 grandchildren. He later remarried in 2019. Bob loved family history, fishing, spending time with his family, and a good project to keep him busy. He was always willing to help some in need. He will be missed by his family and community of friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 520 Clark Ave in Yuba City; 9:00 am viewing, 10:00 am service.
