Obituary of Frank Charles Armocido Jr.
Frank Charles "Chuck" Armocido, Jr., passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 70. He was born in Monterey, September 2, 1953, and was a resident of Yuba City, CA, most of his life. In his youth he spent time playing baseball, hunting and fishing. Chuck enjoyed time spent outdoors hiking, boating, water skiing and was a runner participating in many half marathons. He was a talented artist and worked with many different mediums; wood, stained glass, jewelry, pottery and growing/painting and carving gourds. He loved music and enjoyed playing the guitar and had many in his collection. He liked taking road trips on his Harley with friends and his brother Mike. Chuck had a long 45 year career as a Respiratory Therapist starting at Fremont Medical Center and ending at Sutter Memorial Sacramento. He is survived by his son, Nick (Brittny) of El dorado Hills; three grandsons, Maverick, Bryce and Ashton; his brother, Mike (Cindy) of Mountain Home AR; his sister, Peggy of Chico; niece, Tiffany; nephew, Justin (Shauna); a great-nephew Terran; and great-niece Charli; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Sr.; mother, Martha; and brother, Steve. His celebration of life will be in Spring 2024. This obituary will run again in the Spring when the day, time and location are determined.
